The Booth School of Business is recognized as one of the top educational institutions in the world. Their students will be tomorrow’s leaders. They will be faced with unique challenges that will test the skills they develop during their education at Booth. Beyond the formal curriculum, students use their time at the school to hone their skills in communications, organizational leadership, and management.

DevMynd helped Booth develop a brand new approach to aiding in this skill development. The solution, The Performance Tracker tool, is a mobile app that is used by students to track their progress in soft skill development. This app also allows students and professors to share feedback on this progress, which offers a unique perspective and insight into a student’s development. For this project, we worked with the experiential learning team and launched the Performance Tracker Tool. Since its launch, the app has been widely adopted and has shown real promise.
