At Northwestern University, Pooja studied chemical engineering and applied math, along with some computer science. After exploring various fields through courses and internships, she realized she was too impatient for a traditional chemical engineering job. Instead, she decided to go into web development. After graduating, she worked for several months as a backend developer at a startup in MATTER, Chicago’s healthcare technology incubator. She then joined DevMynd as a software apprentice, excited to learn more about technology and consulting. Outside of development, Pooja enjoys playing board games and baking bite-sized desserts.
