Matt studied engineering and business at the University of Illinois before joining a strategy and management consulting firm. There he developed skills in database architecture and financial modeling while working with Fortune 100 clients looking to solidify new business models in attractive market segments. His eagerness for solving business problems with technology and data pushed him to enroll in Dev Bootcamp, where he learned Ruby, Javascript, and other full stack development skills as part of the intensive 19 week curriculum. Matt joined DevMynd as an apprentice developer and continues to be amazed with the internet. When away from his computer, Matt searches out live music and bitter drinks.
